Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods shown at checkout. Available options may include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later services where displayed.
Billing and order authorization
Your card or payment method is authorized at the time you place your order. Authorization confirms funds and reserves the amount; final capture may occur when we fulfill the order. The name on your bank statement will appear as Nature Boost or our payment processor.
Pricing, taxes, and fees
Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include the price of the items only. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and will appear on your order summary and receipt.
Shipping fees and any applicable duties or import taxes (for future international orders) will be displayed at checkout.
Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout. We cannot retroactively apply discounts after an order is completed.
Payment security
We use industry-standard encryption and partner with trusted payment processors to protect your payment and personal information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will receive an error message prompting you to try another payment method or contact your bank. If payment issues persist, email support@natureboost.us for help.
Pre-orders and backorders
If an item is labeled as a pre-order or backorder, your payment will be authorized at purchase. We will notify you of the expected shipping date. If the estimated ship date changes substantially, you will be offered the option to wait, cancel, or receive a refund.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds for approved returns or order issues will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
If you believe a transaction on your account is unauthorized, contact support immediately. Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution; we will cooperate fully with your payment provider to resolve disputes.
Invoices and receipts
An order confirmation email with your receipt is sent after purchase. For business customers requiring an invoice, email support@natureboost.us with your order number and invoicing details.
Order cancellations and modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that time, we may have already initiated processing or shipping, and cancellations or changes may not be possible. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued per the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Promotional and gift card payments
Gift cards, store credit, and promotional balances must be redeemed at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is completed unless expressly allowed in a promotion’s terms.
Privacy
We use payment details only to process and fulfill your order and to prevent fraud. We do not sell payment or personal data.
